Replas Pro Central VIC Property Services Installs Trex® Decking

Located in Axedale, Victoria, Central VIC Property Services is now a part of the Replas Pro team! Their first job consisted of installation of Trex® decking for residents in Bendigo, VIC. The Island Mist decking installed for a rear deck was the perfect fit for this home. The builder, Mark Allen said, “the Trex® product is very easy to use and the highlight was the finished look of the new deck.” Specialising in decks for the residential market, Central Vic Property Services a 100 km radius around the Bendigo district. A company that is truly an outstanding addition to the Replas Pro team, helping out residents outside of the metro area have access and capability to install this product. Of course, the client loved the final product and was extremely happy with the work Mark has put in. Trex® Appears at Bellbird Dell Park in Vermont South, Victoria

Named after the distinctive sound of the bellbird, the reserve consists of open space, shared trails, feature ponds, picnic facilities and playgrounds. All of this is within a natural bush-land setting, in Bellbird Dell Park in Vermont South, Victoria. And a new installation of Trex® decking was specified for the boardwalk material! Trex® has a 25 year fade and stain warranty, making the long lasting, maintenance free decking solution the right choice for this specific area.

Two boardwalks have been installed with this, Trex®, decking product. The boardwalk pictured is around 200 m long, with the second boardwalk a similar size. Bellbird Dell is a 1.4 K linear park with an area of 17.5 hectares, named after the many bell birds. With some area of remnant bush, walking trails, wetlands, and ornamental lakes, the durable Trex® decking is the right fit for this environment for locals and visitors to enjoy.

A Trex® Transformation at Cairns State High School

As the weather becomes warmer, the students at Cairns State High School have a newly installed Trex® deck to enjoy!  Previously having a paved surface—the administration wanted a new product that would not only look good in this specific surrounding, but would also give them the durability and long lasting quality they’ve been looking for.
“This space has provided a beautiful environment for our school community to enjoy,” explains Katrina Clarke, the Business Services Manager of Facilities at Cairns State High. “It has been transformed from a paved surface to a relaxing oasis.” Another amazing fit-for-purpose Trex® installation in beautiful Queensland.

Clontarf Marina Opens Their New Cafe On Beautiful Trex® Decking

Clontarf Marina has installed Island Mist Trex® Decking at the North End of Sydney Harbour. The owners have created an amazing destination on the harbour water front. Travelling extensively around Australia, the owners found Trex® Decking to be the perfect fit for their marina. Based on the long lasting durability of the product, along with it’s functionality and low maintenance. SMC Marina was contracted to refurbish the decking area, happy with the product selected. “The whole thing went together really nicely,” explain Tom Sims from SMC Marine. “The board lengths selection worked in well with our foot-print, and we were able to achieve a really fantastic deck,” Tom continued. And now, just a few months after the installation, Clontarf Marina have put in place their new cafe, with tables and chair well suited in this unique environment.
